Homebuilt Schionning Arrow 1280-S by @dualitysailing (IG) ▫️ The Arrow 1280-S is a low cost concept, focused on performance with narrower hulls, shallower draft and a practical interior layout. With a 100% flat panel construction that has made the Arrow Series such a popular design. ▫️ The Arrow 1280-S evolved from the Arrow 1200: a stretched version with a large cockpit with the door set to port, allowing a big table and plenty of seating for entertaining guests. Dual helms are standard and set on the outer hull edge giving good visibility of the sails. ▫️ The saloon has a U-shaped galley and saloon with the nav station amidships to port, with the single head and shower located aft. Einen Mitsegler hatten wir sehr überraschend auf unserer Überfahrt von Palagruža nach Brindisi. Noch in etwa 30 Seemeilen Entfernung von der italienischen Küste, kommt eine Meise geflogen und fährt ein Stück mit uns mit. Wir haben ihr Wasser gegeben und der Vogel war unglaublich zutraulich, vielleicht ja auch etwas übermüdet? Die Meise ist dann nach einiger Zeit, ausgeruht und frisch gestärkt, wieder munter losgeflogen. Immer wieder können wir Tiere auf unseren Törns beobachten und ich denke wir können auch sehr viel von den Tieren lernen.
