For my birthday aboard @HQ2Charters we invited a local friend who also happens to be an AMAZING cook (only beaten by his wife!). After a night of liming he wanted to cook up some Trinidadian Callaloo for our international crew to try, with people there from Australia, the UK, South Africa, Sweden and the Netherlands. Wir sind Luisa und Matthias und seit 4 Jahren mit unser Sadler 34 "Wanderling" auf Weltreise. 2020 sind wir in Deutschland aufgebrochen, haben die Europäische Atlantikküste, die Azoren, Madeira und die Kanaren besegelt. Im Winter 2022 haben wir dann den Sprung über den Atlantik gewagt, um in den darauffolgenden Jahren ausgiebig die kleinen Antillen der östlichen Karibik zu erkunden. Aktuell zieht es uns wieder nach Norden, über die Bahamas in die USA. Wer weiß, was als nächstes passiert?
