One of the last pristine island groups in the world, yet untouched and not overrun by tourism and industries. which would be the one big key to making sure this part of the world stays as it is - even in the future generations to come More than 150 species could be identified, many of the endangered around the world. Adding even more of a reason to the key of why we are here: Protecting the Mergui Archipelago and declaring the whole area as one Big Marine Protected Area or No Take Zone. This would mean no more fishing, no access for Tourism or other industries and make sure, that coral reefs will stay as pristine as they are now with recovering fish stocks all around them.
