For years the Filicudi WildLife Conservation Association has been involved in research applied to the conservation of cetaceans and sea turtles in the Aeolian Archipelago. A lot of the work is the outcome of the incredible collaboration with public and private research institutions and many Italian universities. In this video we see how the Filicudi Wildlife Conservation Association is helping with the protection and preservation of turtles in the Aeolian Archipelago, the freeing of turtle Pirilla. Thanks also to the help of the Capitaneria di Porto di Lipari for the continuous support in freeing sea turtles in distress! Have a great life Pirilla! Schön, dass du hier bist! Wir, Emely und Tjark, haben uns den Traum vom eigenen Segelboot erfüllt, eine Maxi84, relativ spontan und ohne das ganz große Geld. Das Boot müssen wir noch umtaufen auf den Namen Meera. Wir nehmen dich mit auf unsere Reise von blutigen Anfängern zu hoffentlich passablen Seglern. Bevor wir uns in die Wellen stürzen können, liegt noch ein Berg an Arbeit vor uns. Umbauten, Änderungen und vor allem der Sportbootführerschein müssen erledigt werden. Außerdem müssen wir noch lernen richtig zu segeln. Du kannst dich also schon auf die nächsten Videos freuen!
