LIVE from METS TRADE 2022 - Gineico Marine visited METS TRADE 2022 in Amsterdam, in particular, the Foresti & Suardi stand who manufacture elegant and smart marine accessories in Italy. The 'rope light' has been reinvented!!! The Foresti & Suardi innovative rope light is non-dotting, 360deg light and completely water proof. You might remember the old LED rope light!? Well, Foresti & Suardi have reinvented a non-dotting 360 degree light flexible waterproof rope light. Available in up to 5m lengths, different color temperatures - cool white, warm White. It is also dimmable! It's a really very clever product that gives you the full functionality of going around curves / corners in both axes. The other amazing product is this tiny tiny little LED strip. Extremely small, very high powered, completely waterproof and designed to be fit and routed into Timber and into fiberglass. This squall line really hit us by surprise. It was a wall of rain and almost 80 knot gusts that hit us full force. Unfortunately the holding in Black Sound at Green Turtle Cay wasn't the greatest and boats started dragging. Cory had to start driving on anchor trying to steer into the wind while taking pressure off the tackle. We ended up wrapping our chain onto a mooring ball in this madness which kept us in place. We faired far better than some, losing outboards boats dragging on moorings and some aground in the area. Luckly only our bow roller got bent and that was all. What an adventure! #shorts
