deI used 15 herbs. Normally each family in Ibiza have they own recipe. And it can be from 7 till 21 herbs. But everyone tells it have to be odd ( so no divide by 2). And the best time to collect herbs is in May or June. I used rosemary, marjoram, frigola, rue, fennel, anise, juniper 2 types, mint, peppermint, salvia, oregano, lemon and bay leafs, lemon zest and anise liqueur. This animation is made by KTF Cranes who will be craning out the 32m aluminium catamaran at our KM yard. The catamaran, previously called Ice Lady Patagonia II, will be at our yard for the next year or so while we perform a major refit and maintenance job on her.
