Från landliv till en vecka till havs ⛵️ Sista förberedelserna är klara, Niklas har varit uppe i masttoppen, båtbotten är skrubbad och kyl & frys är fyllda. Vi har till och med sovit ordentligt (vilket vi nog inte kommer göra på ett tag 😅). Vi har sagt hejdå till våra vänner på @sailing.gemini som hjälpt oss få ihop allt, tagit hand om barnen och bjudit på middag så vi kunnat fokusera. Så tacksamma 💙 🙏 Barnen är mer än redo för nästa äventyr, särskilt djuren i Panama. 🪢 Sunday Boat Tip [7/52] 🪢 Our gas oven only has heating from below, and when first moving onboard cooking in it was a real struggle! The food got badly burnt on the underside and was often undercooked on the topside, resulting in really bad cooking 🧑‍🍳 But since we got this advice during our first winter as liveaboards our cooking game has improved so much! So, now it’s time for us to pass the knowledge forward. If you have a gas oven with no top heating, you must try this!
