Travel with us as we make our way along the Trollatte Canal in Sweden. The Trollh├дtte Canal is an 82 km Swedish waterway linking the G├╢ta River to Lake V├дnern, opened in 1800 and declared a national monument in 2004. Together with the G├╢ta Canal, it forms a 390 km route known as SwedenтАЩs Blue Ribbon, connecting the North Sea to the Baltic, though the two canals are separate systems. Only 10 km of the Trollh├дtte Canal is manтАСmade; the rest follows the G├╢ta ├Дlv riverbed, rising to 44.1 m above sea level at V├дnern. The canal includes six locks, notably the Trollh├дttan lock staircase, and passes key bridges and waterways such as Brinkebergskulle, Lilla Edet, and the approaches toward Gothenburg and the Kattegatt. It remains a vital historic and navigational route through western Sweden.

UnтАЩaltra visita, un altro saluto. Due facce della stessa medaglia, inevitabilmente legate e per questo sempre dolorose. ├И stata una bella domenica. Escludendo il mare che in un certo momento ha deciso di agitarsi e agitare la povera Giulia, priva di esperienza di mare, ├и stata davvero una bella giornata. Il clima a bordo ├и stato disteso, gli uomini hanno trovato una soluzione (definitiva?) per Starlink e verso sera abbiamo ospitato a cena dei ragazzi canadesi, conosciuti in Sicilia qualche giorno fa. Parlando quella bellissima lingua che sa poco di inglese ma molto di voglia di conoscersi, abbiamo scoperto di avere molte cose in comune.
