In the heart of a turbulent ocean, a massive, abandoned container ship drifts silently, swallowed by thick fog and heavy rain. The rusted hull bears testament to years of neglect, while waves crash violently against its weathered side. The deck, cluttered with debris and empty cargo containers, echoes a haunting past of forgotten journeys. Lightning flashes intermittently, casting an eerie glow on the chaotic scene, as nature's fury collides with the unsettling stillness of the vessel. This chilling visual narrative captures the true essence of absolute isolation and abandonment at sea. When it's too cold to go sailing, we turn to the Camden Snow Bowl for the annual US Toboggan National Championships! The crew at Lyman-Morse used our boatbuilding craftsmanship to build toboggans out of the traditional material of wood, but also out of carbon fiber. Winter gets a bad rap in Maine, but we love it just as much as summer.
