With the tank repaired and the rain ceased we went in search of some fresh drinking water. Hiking up hills and rough terrain we find a suitable spring. With the help of some of the village kids, we do multiple trips to carry the water back to the kayak. Undoubtedly overloaded with 70L of water per trip and windy wavy seas, we just make it back to the boat before the kayak is completely under. When purchasing a catamaran there are a lot things to worry about, so the more you know going into the purchase process, the less stress you’ll face. Having a basic understanding of the contract is the first step in the process. The entire IYBA Purchase and Sale Agreement can sometimes be a bit overwhelming for a first time catamaran buyer. If you’re not certain of the terms in an agreement, we highly recommend consulting an attorney. In our opinion, the most important thing to understand are the different dates in the agreement.
