Pets are not allowed to land anywhere on the small sand dunes of Tubbataha Reefs as it is a marine protected area ... but they can swim if they like. Saw this seahorse scuba diving in the BVI on Great Camanoe Island July 22, 2015. Seahorses are very rare here so this was an amazing find for us.
