I was watching one of those videos about how to be healthier, happier, more productive by a beautiful American. As so often, they were pontificating on the things that are essential parts of a daily routine. One of the most popular trends for that at the moment is how essential it is to go outside first thing in the morning and get 10 minutes of sunlight. We love to go sail our boat, so even when we're in Catalina Island secure at a mooring, we still like to drop the mooring from time to time and go for a sail! Especially on evenings as beautiful as this one.
