A 78', hydrofoil-assisted Teknicraft Catamaran built by All American Marine was delivered for Kitsap Transit's fast ferry service between Bremerton and Seattle. This 118 passenger ferry is high speed, with ultra-low wake, and is the second of three sister ships that All American Marine has built for KT, with the third vessel, Lady Swift, launching this Summer. I'm putting together a series of one minute short films, whilst I work on a bigger project on my local foxes. This first one minute short is about my local moor and a lovely young Roe Deer. Goss Moor is the largest remaining area of mid-Cornwall moorland and is a National Nature Reserve with a multi-use trail. The mostly flat valley basin is the source of the River Fal. A designated Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) and a Special Area of Conservation, the reserve is home to many rare species including Cornish Moneywort, yellow Centaury, Cornish Pillwort, marsh Clubmoss, small red damselfly, variable damselfly and the marsh Fritillary butterfly.
