Back to the good old days! Before launching Malizia 4 at the end of June, we’re back on the water with Malizia 1, the very boat that started it all back in 2016. Malizia 1 is a GC32, a high-performance flying catamaran capable of lifting above the water on foils, delivering incredible speed and sensations. We’re so happy (and a little nostalgic) to be sailing this beast again. These memories might not make us any younger, but what a joy it is to dive back into the archives and relive the very beginnings of Team Malizia. Are you ready for some crazy foiling action?
Here are a few situations where focusing on or changing your breathing may not help during a trauma response: - Panic Attacks* 😰: Breathing heavily can lead to hyperventilation, reducing carbon dioxide levels in your body.
