One of our NSSC Sailability members, Jazz Turner, crossing the finish line at the end of her epic Project FEAR ("face everything and rise") journey. Jazz is terminally ill with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS), and is a full-time wheelchair user. After 28 days sailing around the UK and Ireland single-handed, non-stop and unassisted, Jazz arrived back at Brighton Marina around 13:30 on Monday 30th June 2025. Jazz is raising money for the Newhaven and Seaford Sailing Club (NSSC) Sailability fund. We made it to the dock to check in on our girl. Good news is as of the posting of this video, all is well and we looking good. Winds are starting, no rain and some water surge is now coming in with parts of the local area (not at the dock yet) are starting to flood but we we are good for now... The Corryvreckan Whirlpool is situated off the west coast of Scotland between the islands of Jura and Scarba.
