One of the things I love about sailing the world and traveling the way we do is trying new foods and learning new ways of cooking. In Trinidad, one of the clear winners has been Green Seasoning! A simple yet versatile seasoning mix, we'd never come across it before visiting the Caribbean. Now, it goes on BBQ ribs and chicken, and into our Trini curries, almost becoming a staple in our galley fridge! I show you how I make a flavorful, Trinidad-inspired green seasoning, a staple in Caribbean cuisine, before finishing off with some delicious BBQ! In mine I put thyme, spring onions (chives), pimento, habanero and parsley, garlic when I remember, and usually a bit of oil and lime juice. Olympic Yacht Show 2025 Η 5η διοργάνωση της κορυφαίας έκθεσης σκαφών στην Ελλάδα ολοκληρώθηκε με μεγάλη επιτυχία 9-12 Οκτωβρίου 2025, στην Olympic Marine, στο Λαύριο. Σε κλίμα γιορτής και ενθουσιασμού, περισσότεροι από 25.000 επισκέπτες είχαν την ευκαιρία να απολαύσουν 140 σκάφη μέσα στο νερό, 400 luxury brands, πολλές πρεμιέρες σκαφών και παράλληλα events, ενώ η αύξηση του αριθμού των ξένων επισκεπτών και η συμμετοχή διεθνών key players της βιομηχανίας του yachting ενίσχυσε ακόμα περισσότερο τη διεθνή ταυτότητα της έκθεσης.
