The Lion’s Tail features an unusual ingredient, Pimento Dram, aka Allspice Dram. It’s spicy and festive, perfect for the holidays! Ingredients 2 ounces Bourbon ¾ ounce lime juice ½ ounce Pimento Dram (sometimes called “allspice dram”) ¼ ounce simple syrup Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
