Ci eravamo abituati alla morbida e alta onda lunga oceanica. Questa notte abbiamo lasciato la marina Rubicon di Lanzarote per raggiungere la marina di Las Palmas, sull’isola di Gran Canaria. Dopo poche miglia a vela il mare inizia a innervosirsi presentandoci una corta, alta e fastidiosa onda incrociata. Non riuscivi a stare in piedi! Ogni cambio turno ci si lamentava delle condizioni con chi sopraggiungeva, che a sua volta non era riuscito a dormire come avrebbe voluto. Tutto sommato la notte è comunque passata. Siamo arrivati a Las Palmas e ci siamo messi all’ancora. I prossimi giorni saranno di preparazione della barca per la traversata. Adesso andiamo a dormire presto per recuperare le ore dormite poco e male questa notte. Buona befana a tutti! Andrea

We loved the Indian restaurant, right next door to the most famous street food markets (Jalan Alor). Street art is everywhere, especially in tiny alleys. Free to tour and skillfully crafted. The second tallest building in the world is still under construction. It seems like building tall and taller is a theme here. Another day full of local color in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
