Dock Dodge is a sailboat race on Lake Union, annually May - September, held at 7 pm on Tuesday nights. On Tuesday, August 10th, the theme was Tropical Night. In this video, the island is being erected, for some fun in the sun! The island is a gathering spot for boaters to grab a drink and enjoy the company of fellow sailors after the race! Sept 22 2022 we ran aground after being adrift for 48hrs, we succumbed to hypothermia and fell asleep, we were rescued by the coast guard but lost our home :( this is us a week later salvaging what we could carry after a failed attempt to get it off the beach ourselves. #boating #washington #portangeles #dungeonessspit #yankee38 #shipwrecked #runaground #sailing #pugetsound
