I like to train my fish to bite any bait I throw out. I have been feeding these guys table scraps for a month. They are almost ready to catch. We will then be catching and cleaning. Mangrove Snapper is some of the best-tasting fish!!!!

When we were sailing towards The Berlenga Archipelago, in between Porto and Lisbon at the westcoast of Portugal, all of a sudden some grey fins came our way: dolphins! It was a joyful bunch, swimming under each other and past each other, jumping in front of the boat. Itโs so great to see these animals, itโs always a welcome surprise!
