Over the past year I've been going shopping every week at the Central Market in Port of Spain. It's a fantastic local market with a huge range of quality seafood, meat, herbs, vegetables and fruit. In that time I've made connections with some of the local vendors who I really enjoy seeing each week. This week one market vendor kindly gifted me a Trinidadian cook book! ✨ À 18 ans, elle largue les amarres et part faire le tour du monde… seule, à la voile, sans GPS. ⛵ Tania Aebi devient la plus jeune femme à accomplir cet exploit en solitaire sur un voilier de 8 mètres. ⏳ C’était en 1985.
