This is a quick video featuring Chapman Ducote, owner of the host dive vessel, the DELTA Powerboats 54 Carbon. In the background are Team Salt Life (Cameron Kirkconnell, Sarah Jarrett, Ryder Devoe) and Ian Miller. Great day slaying fish with the SaltLife crew. We call it "Spearfishing from a Rolls Royce". Huge thank you and videography credit to Perrin James at www.lastbreathfilm.com

Dream big pack small Like us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/tiwalteam Follow us on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/tiwal/ Learn more about TIWAL: https://tiwal.com ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ***About Us*** *The Birth of Tiwal* As a girl, the first time our founder Marion Excoffon was told, “No!” by her father when she asked to use the family boat, her life as an inventor began. It was then she started dreaming of building her own craft, an ambitious feat that would come true years later. On the road to creating an innovative high-speed vessel for everyone from kids and first timers to expert sailors who want to test limits, there were a number of prototypes, failures, challenges and headaches. But, if there’s one thing Marion’s known for, it’s her sailor’s grit! *Combining Fun & Technology* The award winning Tiwal concept is easy assembly and storage - maximum fun and performance for watersports and activities. A Tiwal isn’t your average dinghy! Our design is the result of tons of coordination, talent, and technological savvy. *A Growing Global Community* For our community of Tiwal skippers all this innovative design means their focus is fixed on the pleasures of watersports and having tons of fun on a responsive sailing craft. With excellent upwind and downwind abilities combined with high-speeds, Tiwals are a part of both fun and professional performance. The TIWAL received the Boat of the Year (Best innovation) Award 2014 from Sailing World in the USA and the RED Dot Award, with recognitions, accolades, and smiling faces continuing to join together on the waves worldwide. ► Full test in Multihulls World N°192: https://www.multihulls-world.com/review/motor/valder-20-a-powercat-for-james-bond ► When New Zealand offshore powerboat racer Wayne Valder decided to take an interest in building a cruising powercat, the result was always going to be a (very) fast machine! “I’m used to racing my MTI catamaran at over 120 knots on the US offshore circuit, so even though I hadn’t planned anything that fast in recreational boat form, I still wanted something with reasonable performance,” Wayne tells us. His quest led him to one of the big names in high-performance leisure catamarans, Roger Hill, who designed a large 67-foot (20 m) catamaran equipped with a self-stabilizing foil system. This powercat was then built in a foam/carbon/epoxy sandwich and fitted with a powerful drivetrain (2 x 1,300 HP) to reach 45 knots. Cruising speed is between 18 knots - the speed at which the foils start to work - and 30 knots, where range is still 1,143 miles (with a 10% reserve). Particular attention has been paid to soundproofing and vibration suppression. The layout can be customized according to the Owner's wishes, as can the deck layout: the flybridge version can even accommodate a (small) helicopter, though a Sedan version also features in the catalog. ► TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Builder: Valder Yachts Length overall: 67’7” (20.6 m) Waterline length: 56’1” (17.1 m) Beam: 22’ (6.7 m) Draft: 33” (0.83 m) Light displacement: 66,000 lbs (30 t) Max laden displacement: 88,625 lbs (40.2 t) Max. speed: 45 knots Cruising speed: 18 to 30 knots Range at 9 knots: approx. 4,000 miles Drivetrain: 2 x MAN V8 1,300 HP Fuel: 2,500 US gal (9,460 l) Water: 440 US gal (1,675 l) ► Become a FREE SUBSCRIBER to Multihulls World's YouTube page now - https://www.youtube.com/c/MultihullsWorld ► Log on to our website to discover over 500 multihulls tests!
