The team travelled to Turkey a couple of weeks ago to film Mengi Yay’s 42 meter steel hulled sailing yacht “LEGATO”. I usually associate motor yachts with this shipyard, but they made a great job of this sailing vessel as Katia Damborsky found out when she spoke to the Fraser Yachts brokers representing her: David LeGrande and Alain Auvere.

We sail on the good ship Saracen, a Beneteau Oceanis 473 from 2006. Out journey started in Scotland in early 2023 and our ultimate goal is to sail around the globe …..slowly. We make these videos mostly for family and friends and to create a record of our adventures for ourselves so that we can look back at them later in life, were not in it to make money (way to hard). Armel Tripon conserve sa belle 4e place dans la Route du Rhum, lancé à la poursuite du Safran de Marc Guillemot. Peu avant le départ de la course, à Saint-Malo, le skipper de For Humble Heroes, qui n'a pas couru le dernier Vendée Globe, donnait son avis sur la question de l'éventuel match retour.
