Pourquoi ? Parce qu’il est souvent plus précis sur les phénomènes locaux : brises thermiques, effets de relief, et variations fines du vent. Parfait quand tu navigues entre côtes et îles. Mais le vrai secret, c’est de comparer plusieurs modèles et de croiser avec la situation réelle sur l’eau. La météo en voilier, c’est une lecture + une expérience terrain. If you don't have a launching trolley then the simplest way to get your boat up and down the beach is with an inflatable roller like this. Of course, unlike a trolley, you can take it with you, just deflate it and roll it up. Obviously you really need two or three (but I just have one - for now!). Don't get one that is too short or the boat might roll off the end of it. Of course a wide, flat bottomed boat works best. EQUIPMENT Aro de 9cm INGREDIENTS 375 ml Buttermilk 100 g eggs 2 g Vanilla 40 g Sugar 250 g Flour 5 g Bicarbonato 10 g fermento químico 3 g Sal 55 g Butter Melted INSTRUCTIONS In a small bowl mix together the buttermilk, eggs and vanilla. In a larger mixing bowl combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients along with the 55g of melted butter. Fold together until combined. Heat a frypan over medium low heat and add a tsp of butter. Pour the pancake batter into the frypan in the ring and cook for a few minutes until bubbles start to pop on the top. Flip and cook for a further few minutes until cooked through. Repeat with remaining the remaining batter. Serve the pancakes pilled up with honey and your favourite toppings.
