🍞 Banana Bread * Melt 1/3 cup unsalted butter * Mash in 3 overripe bananas * Stir in 1/2 cup sugar * Mix in 1 large egg * Stir in 1 tsp vanilla * Stir in a pinch of 🧂 * Stir in 1/2 tsp baking soda * Add in 1 1/2 cups AP flour * Add in 1 tsp ground cinnamon * Gently stir/fold in flour just until flour is incorporated (overmixing will make the bread dense) (I use a saucepan for everything so I can melt the butter in it first and avoid more washing more bowls and things) ✨Crumble Topping * 1/3 cup flour * 1/4 cup flour sugar (half white half brown is👌🏼) * 1/2 tbsp cinnamon * 2 tbsp chopped pecans * 2 tbsp salted butter Add everything into a small bowl and use a fork to cut the butter into the flour mixture until crumbly Pour batter into loaf pan Sprinkle with streusel topping Bake at 375F for 45-50 mins until inserted toothpick comes out clean Transfer to a wire rack to cool ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

The team on J109 GTR owned the start of race 2 of the 2024 Narrows Series, with light wind and lots of bumping and barging behind them their lead grew quickly as they glided out into the strongest part of the tide which brought up their apparent wind allowing the to extend a bing lead after only a few minutes of racing. Maserati Multi 70 ha tagliato il traguardo della RORC Caribbean 600 al terzo posto, con un tempo reale di 1 giorno, 23 ore, 40 minuti e 21 secondi. Al primo e secondo posto PowerPlay (1 giorno, 21 ore, 51 minuti e 34 secondi) e Argo (1 giorno, 21 ore, 55 minuti e 40 secondi). Il record della regata, di 1 giorno, 6 ore e 49 minuti, che abbiamo fissato l’anno scorso, rimane imbattuto. È stata una bellissima regata, purtroppo con un venti molto leggeri, in media sotto i 10 nodi.
