I have new listings for sloops and ketches under 30 ft and $20k. A great Cheoy Lee 36 that is beautiful and a bargain. Be cautious of private sales and gypsy brokers, as in Mexico bad documentations such as multiple Temporary Import Permits or that are expired, passed on with questionable Captain's letters etc. can get your vessel seized by the Mex Navy or worse.
