Real talk: I had severe arachnophobia prior to getting a boat. It’s only in the last two years that I’ve gotten more comfortable seeing spiders, moving them and wiping their webs from the steering wheel 😂 Sailboats require a constant about of work, maintenance, upgrades and fixes. Lots of cleaning, lots of learning and understanding the complex electric and engine systems 🥴 not to mention crazy storms, gusts and potential overboards. BUT with it comes cotton candy skies, calm seas, beautiful sunny days, sailing with dolphins, and a chance to learn a new skill!
