Yessss we’re changing it up with dumbbells today! The last place we stayed had a BOX in the gym so I obviously had to have some fun with that 💥 I didn’t think this workout was as hard as some of my other ones, but the next morning I was sore from head to toe. My abs especially were on fireeeee. So yes. Give this one a go on your next gym day! Workout breakdown: Perform each movement for the stated amount of reps. No rest between the same muscle group exercises, 20 sec rest between the others!
