Major Flooding, Houseboat Life 5 days of rain Puts tennessee into a flood watch water's rising up to 8 inches in a couple of hours... In. Some places, this could be a problem. However, where I live, it's no big deal. In fact, it's something I look forward too. I can get my boat way up into a bunch of little creeks. This way, when the water goes up, my property gets bigger... ? National weather service issues a flood warning flood watch for more than 5 days in the Tennessee area due to severe rain over a long.of time. My next episode will show in detail. How I deal with this issue in stride as it's part of my everyday life.

We took Arabella to Boca Grande for a week to get some boat work done...but we had to spend some time adventuring, too. We paddle boarded over to Three Sisters Island, took Victoria out sailing (after repairing her transom), wandered around the "Old Florida" back roads, had lunch at the Pink Flamingo, and tried all the tasty treats! Si comincia. Da grigi, torniamo ad avere la pancia blu. Julia è lì, si sta godendo la sua spa. Dopo scrub e primer, tocca all'antivegetativa. Ahimè il meteo non è stabile in questi giorni e anche oggi, dopo le due mani, arriva la pioggia. Dovremo fare di nuovo molte miglia, quindi decidiamo di dare ancora una mano domani, così da, si spera, non dover rifare carena una volta tornati a casa. I lavori stanno procedendo e noi ogni giorno sistemiamo un pezzettino del puzzle. Un puzzle da finire imperativamente prima di partire per le Azzorre. Chicca delle chicche, su consiglio di Alfonso e Anna, vicini di barca di qua, abbiamo usato per la prima volta l'acido ossalico per rimuovere le macchie sulle murate. Tornate NUOVE. Una meraviglia. Non vediamo l'ora di trattare il teck, come ci hanno suggerito loro. Vi aggiorneremo sui risultati. Per oggi ci godiamo le restanti 4 ore di luce per riposare un po', domani si lavora con le mani pulite al computer e con le mani sporchissime a bordo. Buona notte e a domani!! Andrea
