Oltre al normale svolgimento giornaliero del corso, tutti gli allievi, a turno, ricopriranno il ruolo di Capobarca per mettere alla prova le proprie capacità di gestione, di organizzazione, di controllo e di comando, che si addicono al ruolo di uno skipper serio ed affidabile.
