Todays short, we are tearing off the old windlass on my sailboat to get it all cleaned up and resealed to mount in a new stainless backing plate! The original washers just were not going to cut for my liking so out with the old and in with the new!

So much more to come...wild food ingredients and how to collect them~ This is an absolute favourite stream of mine. It has produced some stellar days on the water. This mountain stream boasts four species of game fish; Bull Trout, Brown Trout, Rocky Mountain Whitefish, and Westslope Cutthroat Trout. They all take flies well and see very little pressure. A gem of a stream in beautiful Alberta, Canada.
