Giorno 15 - IONIO Il nostro viaggio verso la Sicilia prosegue. Come dicevamo ieri, aumentano i giorni e aumentano le miglia. Per curiositร , finora ne abbiamo percorse 570, partendo da Lignano Sabbiadoro, in Friuli. Ci fermeremo in Sicilia? Neanche per sogno. Ma tempo al tempo. Ci sarร occasione di sederci a tavolino, guardarci bene negli occhi e raccontarci i progetti futuri. Per il momento godiamoci il presente. Il nostro ci vede a navigare nel mar ionio, durante una giornata calma, priva di vento, povera di onde e di grandi variazioni. Trovo avventure sbirciando nei libri. Vela was out of the water at 10:45, we started removing the leaky thru hull at 11:48, and by 13:40, the new thru hull was in place. Now, weโve been waiting approx for 3 hours for the epoxy to cure so we can apply a couple of layers of primer! And tomorrow some antifouling ๐จ SUPER EFFICIENT! What do you think? Weโre glad we had done this 14 times before tackling this thru hull with limited time. Weโre happy to offer tips and guidance if you need it!
