Yellowfin grouper are my absolute favorite reef fish to spear in the Bahamas. And this was my first one. An absolutely delicious fish with a hell of a fight on it. It was great getting to spend a little time away from everyone spearfishing during covid in the Bahamas to get away from it all. . . Lots of heavy carry over medium distance (15kg box plus two other parcels and my bag about 100m) and of course, The Puckering Stairs as I’ve now christened them. Along with tender hauling, bailing, and laundry carrying.
