It's time for the 2017 Para World Sailing Championships in Kiel, Germany. More than 80 sailors from 39 nations will compete over five days of competition. The event is being held at the Schilksee Olympic Centre, as part of the 2017 Kieler Woche. Competitors will race across the three Para World Sailing Championship Classes; the 2.4 Norlin OD, Men's Hansa 303 and Women's Hansa 303. I don't think the center turning lane is intended for bypassing this much traffic. When I get up to the light you can see the break in the white line where cars are supposed to enter for turning. This guy is lucky someone didn't pull out into the turning lane as he came up.
