This week our boatlife brings us to Stromboli in the Aeolian Islands, where we are anchored right next to Megayacht Feadship - formerly known as Steve Jobs' Yacht 'Venus'. We realized that Italy is not just a sailing destination for charter boats and cruisers but also a stopover for many superyacht owners, who want to get a glimpse of the volcanoes and beautiful coastline of Lipari, Vulcano, Salina, Stromboli, Filicudi, Alicudi and Panarea. I guess in the sailing lifestyle you always get surprised: One day you see Stromboli erupting right from the deck of your sailboat and the next day you wake up to have Steve Jobs' luxury yacht anchored next to you.
