Quand on achète un voilier, on n’achète pas seulement un bateau… on achète aussi son histoire, ses qualités, ses défauts et parfois une belle liste de travaux. ⛵️ PARTIE 2 — Après la première vidéo, voici les points indispensables à vérifier avant de signer : • Le moteur : entretien, heures de fonctionnement et démarrage à froid. • Les voiles : usure, coutures et réparations éventuelles. • Le pont : attention aux zones molles, qui peuvent révéler des infiltrations ou des problèmes structurels. • Le gréement dormant et courant : état des haubans, de l’étai, des drisses et des écoutes. Un remplacement peut vite représenter un gros budget. • La coque : inspectez son état général et vérifiez l’absence d’osmose (petites cloques sous le gelcoat). Une coque saine est essentielle, et un traitement peut représenter plusieurs milliers d’euros. Toutes ces vérifications peuvent vous éviter de mauvaises surprises et vous aider à négocier le prix du bateau. Mais il y a une vérité que tous les propriétaires de voiliers connaissent : parfois, malgré la liste des défauts, malgré les travaux à prévoir et malgré la petite voix dans notre tête qui nous dit « sois raisonnable »… il y a le coup de cœur. Et un coup de cœur, ça ne se met pas sur un devis. ❤️ Alors oui, faites toutes les vérifications possibles. Informez-vous, posez des questions, faites expertiser si besoin… mais n’oubliez jamais qu’un voilier est aussi une aventure que l’on choisit.
