Pour cette première étape, direction 📍Speed Plastic à Montpellier pour faire découper nos nouveaux hublots en polycarbonate teinté de 8 mm d’épaisseur. ⚠️ Petit conseil qui peut vous faire gagner du temps (et surtout éviter une erreur de découpe) : pour passer commande, il vous faut un fichier DXF ultra précis avec les bonnes dimensions. 👉 Vous pouvez le créer vous-même si vous savez utiliser un logiciel adapté — personnellement, j’ai réalisé le mien sur Inkscape— ou faire appel à quelqu’un pour le dessiner. 💡 Et surtout : imprimez d’abord un prototype grandeur nature ! Ça permet de vérifier les mesures directement sur le bateau avant de lancer la découpe définitive. Une petite erreur sur le fichier peut vite coûter cher… alors autant la détecter sur un prototype plutôt que sur 7 plaques de polycarbonate 😅 💰Budget pour les 7 hublots : environ 300 € Dans la prochaine partie, on vous montre la suite du chantier : préparation, pose et résultat final 👀 📌 Enregistre ce reel et abonne-toi si tu envisages de refaire tes hublots sur ton bateau, ça pourra te servir le jour où tu te lanceras !
