J109 Going to Red gliding by GBR 7737 from the IRC 0 fleet during Volvo Cork Week 2024. The crew on the downwind boat was calm as the boats converged, making only a small adjust to ensure they stay clear. Shortly after the close cross it was time to take on the lay line and get after the leaders of the IRC1 race who had got the jump on the redline racing team at the start. We sailed to Fiordland in New Zealand and drove my boat right under a waterfall. This was one of the most beautiful places we had ever taken the boat. SV Parlay is a hurricane damaged Lagoon 450 catamaran, which Colin rebuilt with friends and has started sailing around the world.
