Week 5 of the season ending Frosties Regatta at Strangford Lough Yacht would bring racing for 2023 to an end. The crews were greeted with with 8 to 12 knots of breeze and sunshine on a cool autumn afternoon. The J109 Going To Red already crowned the Frosties Champion for 2023 the were left to race around on their own. The team on J109 GTR pushed hard with Ella at the helm, testing themselves by trying to race down the IRC2 fleet which started 5 minutes ahead of them on the race course.. GTR took a wide birth at the bottom mark which allowed them to hook up inside 4 boats at the bottom mark, this gave them clear air to tack out to what proved to be the favoured right hand side of the course going up the last beat. After Lee bowing a sigma 33 they were clear to tack and finish of the season on a high. The team at Bottom Up Boats hope you liked this video and it encourages you to want watch more. It you like the Time Lapse format be sure to let us know in the comments so we know to make more of these race reviews.

🇫🇷 La route est encore longue nous raconte Antoine Cornic, mais il vient actuellement de passer le cap de bonne Espérance et arrive dans l'Océan Indien. 🇬🇧 There's still a long way to go, as Antoine Cornic tells us, but he has just rounded the Cape of Good Hope and arrived in the Indian Ocean. ------------------------ ➡️ SUIVEZ-NOUS ! // FOLLOW US ! 🔗 Website : www.vendeeglobe.org 📸 Instagram : https://www.instagram.com/vendeeglobe/ 🐦 Twitter FR : https://twitter.com/VendeeGlobe | Twitter ENG : https://twitter.com/VendeeGlobeENG 🕺 TikTok : https://www.tiktok.com/@vendee_globe 💻 Facebook : https://www.facebook.com/VendeeGlobe 💼 LinkedIn : https://www.linkedin.com/company/vendée-globe/

Asmara is much more than just the name of our daily diving boat in Komodo. In Indonesian, Bahasa as the locals call it, Asmara means “love,” and that’s exactly how we feel about our work. This 18-meter boat has been designed specifically for diver comfort and safety so that you can enjoy the best Komodo tours. It was constructed by a fantastic team of local woodworkers (including our captain, Basir!) and you will see the love and care that they put into every detail. The boat is set up for a total of 14 divers plus staff and crew. You will be safe from the elements in our comfortable, enclosed cabin where coffee/tea are always available. On the roof, you will be able to take in the views of the Komodo National Park while lounging either in the sun or under the shade structure. Remember to bring coral safe sunscreen or we have local, sustainable sunscreen available for purchase in our shop. We also want you to experience a more environmentally friendly and responsible way of diving. The ocean and its health is our business so you won’t find single-use plastics anywhere on our boat or in our shop. We also offer vegetarian food as our primary meal option on our day trips in order to lower our environmental impact (other dietary needs can be met). Our goal in teaching is to transform you into a better and more conscious diver, always with safety as a priority.
