We crossed Atlantic ocean (Tenerife - St. Martin) in 17,5 days. Distance traveled - 3016nm, avg. SOG - 7,2kn, max. SOG - 22,1kn (surfing down the big wave :D) often going 12-15kn SOG down those Atlantic waves.

Olympic Yacht Show 2025 Η 5η διοργάνωση της κορυφαίας έκθεσης σκαφών στην Ελλάδα ολοκληρώθηκε με μεγάλη επιτυχία 9-12 Οκτωβρίου 2025, στην Olympic Marine, στο Λαύριο. Σε κλίμα γιορτής και ενθουσιασμού, περισσότεροι από 25.000 επισκέπτες είχαν την ευκαιρία να απολαύσουν 140 σκάφη μέσα στο νερό, 400 luxury brands, πολλές πρεμιέρες σκαφών και παράλληλα events, ενώ η αύξηση του αριθμού των ξένων επισκεπτών και η συμμετοχή διεθνών key players της βιομηχανίας του yachting ενίσχυσε ακόμα περισσότερο τη διεθνή ταυτότητα της έκθεσης. Επαναπροσδιορίζοντας τα standards της εγχώριας εκθεσιακής εμπειρίας, το Olympic Yacht Show δίνει έμφαση στην ποιότητα, την αισθητική, την καινοτομία και την ουσιαστική επαγγελματική δικτύωση, σε ένα event-σημείο αναφοράς για τους επαγγελματίες και τους λάτρεις της θάλασσας, που συμβάλει στην ανάπτυξη του θαλάσσιου τουρισμού στην Ελλάδα και στην προβολή της χώρας ως κορυφαίο προορισμό Yachting στον κόσμο. Well done to all who were involved in returning this beautiful classic sailing yacht to its former glory. The following series captures the extensive restoration of Brynhilde, a 1958 Fred Parker 10-metre wooden Bermudian sloop, who arrived here at Berthon on the 4th October 2019. She has been in her present family’s ownership for the past 40 years, competing in the Hill Robinson sponsored regattas in the south of France for over a decade, and most recently sailed at the 2021 Monaco Classic Week – La Belle Classe. Arriving for a deck replacement but undergoing broad further works, Brynhilde is a beautiful example of a timeless yacht refitted to an incredibly high standard. Traditional skills were used throughout this project.
