Can a tourist keep up with a Solomon Island local? 🌴 We tried our hand at traditional coconut scraping to make some fresh coconut cream, but let’s just say we were a bit outmatched! It’s incredible to see how fast the locals can work—in the time it took us to do half a coconut, he had finished the whole batch! Such a fun way to learn about local food culture in Telina. New Zealand Blue Light joined us for a fun, albeit challenging adventure onboard Lion NZ. Viaduct Rotoroa Island Te Kouma Coromandel Viaduct Motuihe Island All onboard were outside their comfort zones but all stood tall and faced their fears, pushing through the boundaries of the unknown. Lots of new friendships and unforgettable memories made.
