We sail on the good ship Saracen, a Beneteau Oceanis 473 from 2006. Out journey started in Scotland in early 2023 and our ultimate goal is to sail around the globe …..slowly. We make these videos mostly for family and friends and to create a record of our adventures for ourselves so that we can look back at them later in life, were not in it to make money (way to hard). Ragazzi, non c'è verso! Per quanto si cerchi di programmare i lavori di cantiere alla perfezione, la vita sul mare è incerta per definizione e i ritardi si accumulano come le cambiali! Io ho finito i lavori sulla Maruzza, la mia barca a vela che mi porterà in Africa. Adesso è perfetta e pronta ad andare ovunque. Ma la Pasqua ortodossa ha colpito e il cantiere, come tutto il resto, ha chiuso i battenti per una settimana... Quindi c'è poco da fare, se non festeggiare con gli amici, sperando che la prossima settimana porti una bella gru che possa mettere in mare la Maruzza.
