We sail on the good ship Saracen, a Beneteau Oceanis 473 from 2006. Out journey started in Scotland in early 2023 and our ultimate goal is to sail around the globe …..slowly. We make these videos mostly for family and friends and to create a record of our adventures for ourselves so that we can look back at them later in life, were not in it to make money (way to hard). Built in 1938 as 'C10' for the admiralty. She was renamed Destiny in 1958 and sold by the MOD in 1963. Since then she has been owned by Husbands Shipyard, Star Tugs and now owned by a South Wales Businessman, she carries his name 'Thomas'.
