Superyacht SOIREE - 37m ISA Yachts 120 Motor Yacht Yacht Charter Description Motor yacht SOIREE is a metallic coloured 2009 37m ISA 120 superyacht which is available for luxury yacht charters in the Mediterranean. This stylish and modern motor yacht can accommodate up to 10 charter guests sleeping overnight in 5 ensuite cabins - 3 with double beds and 2 equipped with twin beds. Superyacht SOIREE had her Naval Architecture carried out by ISA Yachts (international Shipyard Ancona) and her exterior yacht designer (who created the striking and contemporary look on this ISA 120 yacht) was by Andrea Vallicelli. Comfortable, luxurious and stylish inside M/Y SOIREE also provides zero speed (at anchor and underway) stabilisers for overall increased comfort and stability. ► Conceived in 2013 to ease the pressure on the traditional ARC, which has been taking sailors across the Atlantic from East to West since 1986, the ARC+ has become increasingly popular thanks to its stopover in Mindelo, Cape Verde. According to Paul Tetlow, General Manager of the Atlantic Rally for Cruisers, the Mindelo stopover has many advantages - especially for family crews. The route, although longer overall, is in fact two legs shorter (11 to 16 days for Mindelo - St. Georges) than the ARC's “direct” transatlantic passage and features a generally more clement southerly route. The stopover also serves to strengthen the bonds between the crews. Arriving in Grenada, in the far south of the West Indies, means there are no questions about the Caribbean program: you're heading north until May, and that's that! This year, no fewer than 91 yachts ranging in size from 36 to 72 feet (11 to 22 m) docked at Grenada's luxurious Port Louis marina. Among them were no fewer than 27 catamarans - a ratio that is steadily increasing in favor of multihulls. On the dock, 434 sailors of 26 different nationalities shared their ocean experience. 37 children took part in the adventure: among them, Lauren, Rebecca and Michela, aboard the Dutch Excess 11 AtC, looked after Archie, the ARC+'s teddy bear mascot... The ARC+, deliberately oriented towards cruising, has no racing division, whereas the ARC does, but only for monohulls. All multihulls are therefore authorized to use their engines, but they are required to declare the times they use them, and an hourly penalty is logically assigned. It can be strategically useful for getting out of an area of calms more quickly and optimize passage time. As a consequence of this “motor-driven” regatta, it's the compensated time that motivates the crews and interests us. Giorno 21 - ultime 500 miglia! Se penso che fino a due mesi fa 500 miglia erano il record mai percorso no stop mi viene da ridere. Oggi festeggiamo perché ne mancano SOLO 500! Il vento in questi giorni intensifica il suo soffio e probabilmente il 7 verrà giù anche un nell’acquazzone. Quella di questi giorni è la perfetta occasione per sperimentare tutti gli incastri possibili del nostro assetto velico. Genoa + trinchetta Genoa + gennaker Gennaker tangonato Perché no, Genoa + tormentina! La randa la usiamo poco, perché i venti che spingono e l’onda oceanica non vanno d’accordo con una vela così impegnativa. Oggi siamo arrivati a un passo da Genoa + Genoa di rispetto (issato solo sulle bugne perché l’inferitura è già occupata). Finita questa premessa nerd, possiamo tornare a parlare delle cose che piacciono a me. Come ci sentiamo? Siamo in trepidazione! Qualcuno sa spiegarmi come mai trascorriamo 40 giorni insieme senza patire minimamente l’arrivo e a TRE GIORNI dalla destinazione sembra che non esista altro al mondo a cui pensare? Tutti che ragioniamo sulla prima cosa che faremo una volta toccata la terra. Chi vuole baciare il terreno, chi vuole andare al primo bar ad ascoltare musica in mezzo alla gente, chi vorrebbe continuare il viaggio. Che esperienza ragazzi. E non è che all’inizio. A domani!
