It can be super simple to cook on a boat. Today for lunch we had Greek Salad Chop red peppers, onion, cucumber and tomatoes Add olive oil and oregano Add fresh feta cheese All portions are to your specific liking. I use half pepper, half cucumber, half onion and one full tomato for 2 servings I also have a premix of olive oil and oregano so I simply shake in the bottle and sprinkle the mixture on together. When we were in the marina of la Ràpita, we cycled to the east side of the city and ended up in 'Parc Natural del Delta de l'Ebre'. It's a broad area where the river Ebro ends and it leaves a saltwater delta area, where you cycle in between grasslands, rice fields (black paella rice!) and flamingo’s. Really nice area! To me, flamingo’s are as magical as dolphins, beautiful special animals. I took a short movie of 2 flamingo’s flying over an 13th century ruin castle that was in the delta.
