Toni and I headed to "Moments in Time" to raise and furl the screecher sail but the pouring rain caused by Ernesto out in the Atlantic delayed our arrival. Since the breeze was too much to raise and furl a large sail, we decided to rig the flag halyards off the port and starboard spreaders. At least we got something checked off our "to do" list. The worse thing to find on your deck are little screws, bolts, and nuts. Where did they come from? Something important? Well Toni found a small set screw and we could not find anything within reach that it might belong to so up the mast I had to go. It belonged to the windex. I put some threadlock on it and returned it where it had escape, with a stern scolding. I am getting too old for this :(
