Peter Harburg’s RP 100 Black Jack continues to show good form in her preparations for the Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race, winning the SOLAS Big Boat Challenge on Sydney Harbour last week. In September this year the Bow Caddy Media was given the opportunity to join some of the luminaries of Australian sailing aboard Black Jack (including Tom Slingsby, Chris Nicholson and Tom Addis) for their early work-up campaign in the Whitsundays under skipper Mark Bradford. So, as a taster in the lead-up to the Boxing Day start of the great race south, here’s an on-board view of how the action unfolds on Black Jack when the breeze is up.

We were only at George Town a few days last year. This year, we're got some more time to explore all that George Town Exumas has to offer. Today, we went out to hike to the top of Monument Peak and it ultimately took us over to the back side of Stocking Island, facing Exumas Sound.
