I saw a fish pot bouy that we were going to be close to, so I went up front to talk about it. Then I realized we were going to get WAY too close to it and had to run back to the helm to change course to avoid it.

Sometimes my mind feels like chaos too. I know what it’s like to feel stuck in your own head.
