Russian Banja or Russian Sauna experience is all about shocking the system between hot sauna and cold rinses. The cold rinse can vary from a shower, bucket dump, ice lake dip, ice cold pool etc. This process is great for cleansing the system, refreshing your body and invigorate the circulatory system.
