Vaan Yachts have launched a finish on their aluminium catamarans called VIVID ALU which shows the tough and strong aluminium hull blending with sustainable and luxurious cork decking. The large glass surfaces ,glossy roof and rollbar complete the signature Vaan aesthetic. . Vaan Vivid Alu does not have to be repainted. Maintenance is mostly just cleaning, and scratches are simply re-sanded. Our Bris 12.5 dinghy developed water leak. It would flood 3 in deep about 50 gal to bail out every use. Used dinghy davits to lift bow high so I could get on swim platform and patch.
